“I am part of the Product Marketing team at Birdeye. As Director of Content and SEO at Birdeye, I lead the company’s overall content strategy, calendar, and execution tactics, as well the company’s organic search strategy to maximize SEO and ensure that Birdeye products and solutions are easily found organically.
My core responsibilities include creating and managing the Birdeye content strategy, distribution, and quarterly content calendar – and ensures that both are updated and communicated to all relevant departments.
I oversee all of Birdeye’s core content channels: webinars, content downloads (eBooks/Guides), infographics and blog, and helps contribute content expertise to the website, videos and virtual events, and other content assets and channels as needed. Over all responsible for content management on the Birdeye blog, including CTAs, backlinks and all content creation and promotion
I also lead all SEO keyword research to plan content creation around high search volume keywords. Manages search engine optimization on behalf of the company, focused on ensuring leads and prospects have easy paths to Birdeye through search
Leading cross-functional collaboration (product marketing, product management, sales, Execs, customer success etc.) to ensure that content needs of the organization are being met, comes naturally to me.”
