Digital customer experience is a business term describing all digital interactions of a customer with your brand on the Internet throughout their journey. 

Three critical components of digital customer experience include:

  • Success – Did your customers achieve what they want?
  • Effort – How easy is it for customers to interact and take action on your marketing assets (websites, social media posts, emails, etc.).
  • Emotion – What do your customers feel in the end?
